Peer Advisors Host Monster.Com's Ultimate Money Skills

On Sunday, November 23 at 6:30 p.m. in 290 Micheels Hall, Monster.com will be on campus presenting an energetic and interactive presentation to students about how the choices they make about money during college can impact their future financial success. Given the current economic situation, we want to help students make smart decisions during and after their time here at UW-Stout.

The Ultimate Money Skills program will cover topics such as:

The cost of and the appropriate use of credit
Protecting yourself from identity theft
Taking control of student loan debt
Investing for your future

The Advisement Center and the Peer Advisors believe this is valuable information and a crucial time to share it. The economic issues are weighing on everyone's mind. Student on the UW-Stout campus were engaged and active during this past election. They are up-to-date and interested in the current issues.

Everyone is invited. We encourage you to not only attend but to invite others to participate as well. For more information on the content that will be presented please visit: http://www.ultimatemoneyskills.com/.
